ELECTROLESS NICKEL

Our electroless nickel process series HESSONIC provides high corrosion-resistant layers even on geometrically complex parts. Results comply with important standards such as RoHS, WEEE, and ELV. With different phosphorus content ranges, it easily meets the needs of industries such as machinery manufacturing, mining, and automotive.

HESSOCHROM hard chrome process additives provide the hard layers required exactly by the machinery manufacturing and mining sectors (e.g., shock absorbers).

    Electroless pre-nickel process.
    Operates at 35°C.

    Phosphorus content between 5-9%.

    Phosphorus content ≥ 10%.
